Saving Your Poster:
When you have completed your poster, make sure to save it twice using a Windows PC.
First, save it as a PowerPoint document (so you can make revisions later if you need to).
Second, save it as a JPEG document by changing the format Save As Type to JPEG:
Send your poster jpeg file to the Mail and Copy Center to print (mailsvcs@bakerU.edu) with a subject line of: “Poster Printing”. In the body of the email, please indicate the size of your poster and how you plan to pay for the poster. Some departments will provide a fund code that you can use rather than paying out of pocket.
Once your poster has printed, the Mail and Copy Center staff will send you an email indicating that the poster is ready to be picked up.
