What is a Reading Journal?

Reading journals are similar to book talks in that you're talking about the book, but it doesn't have to be with the intention to share with someone. Of course for this class, you'll share them with the instructor, but these can be a little more personal than a book talk. Was there anything that really moved you in this book? Could you connect it to an aspect of your own life?

With a journal entry, you don't need to worry about convincing anyone to read or not read a book. You're just documenting your experience with it.

Remember to Print!

Don't forget that to turn in your reading journal, you either need to write them by hand or type them up and print them off so that you can turn a physical copy into the instructor.
