Collins library has access to a variety of advertising and marketing periodicals.
If you know the exact title of the publications you need to search, follow these steps:
1. From the Collins Library homepage, select the green Journals tab.
2. In the search box, type the title of the publications you want to search. eg., advertising age
3. Highlight the radio button by the words, "begins with."
4. When the list of publications appear, select the title you want to search.
5. Select the one that includes coverage to the present.
Collins Library has access to both Advertising Age and Adweek. Search each title individually directly from a database:
If you'd like to see all the publications we have access to in a particular subject or industry, follow these steps:
1. From the Collins Library homepage, select the green Journals tab.
2. In the search box, type your term. eg., advertising
3. Highlight the radio button by the word, "contains".
4. You will find a few pages of results. As you click on each title, take note of the coverage. Some will show availability for a limited date range, while others will note the publication is available up to the present issue.
5. The following screen shows the title "Advertising Age's Business Marketing". The coverage starts on Jan. 7, 1996 and ends on Jan. 1, 2000.
